    • Pisco Porton 60 ml
    • Fresh lime juice 22.5 ml
    • Sugar syrup 15 ml
    • (Pasteurised) eg white 15 ml
    • Step 1

      Shake well with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.

    • Step 2

      Garnish with three drops of Angostura bitters. Just like the top of an Espresso Martini represents health, wealth and happiness, these three drops of Angostura bitters represent health, wealth and happiness. Well ain’t that a nice story to serve with your cocktail.

    • Fortaleza blanco tequila 60 ml
    • Fresh pink grapefruit juice 30 ml
    • Fresh lime juice 15 ml
    • Agave syrup 7.5 ml
    • Ting grapefruit soda ?
    • Step 1

      Shake the tequila, grapefruit, lime juice and agave syrup with ice.

    • Step 2

      Strain over ice, top with grapefruit soda and stir lightly.

    • Step 3

      Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit and optionally a salt-rimmed glass.

    • Vodka 50 ml
    • Squeezed lime 1/2
    • Ginger-beer ?
    • Angostura bitters 3 (or more) dashes
    • Step 1

      Build over ice, pour in the ginger-beer, lime juice and vodka first.

      Top off with angostura bitters.

    • Step 3

      Serve in a longdrink or copper mug and garnish with a lime wheel.

    • Red Vermouth 23 ml
    • Orange bitters 3 dashes
    • Step 1

      Shake well with ice and fine strain in a chilled martini glass.

    • Step 2

      Garnish with a maraschino cherry and an orange peel.

    • Bacardi Ocho Anos 60 ml
    • Orange Curacao liqueur 15 ml
    • Fresh lime juice 22.5 ml
    • Orgeat or almond sugar 7.5 ml
    • Sugar Syrup 7.5 ml
    • Step 1

      Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.

    • Step 2

      Garnish with lime wedge and mint sprig.

    • Step 3

      For an extra surprise, poor a little rum in half a lime and put it on top. Light the lime on fire and sprinkle some cinnamon over it. please be careful doing so!
