Bobby's Dry Gin

Brothers Sebastiaan and David created this gin in honor of their grandfather, Jacobus Alfons, known to his friends and family as Bobby. It was his original gin recipe that inspired the brothers. With eight botanicals, all separately distilled, they created a fresh and well balanced gin that brings together both their Indonesian roots as well as their Dutch heritage.

Lemongrass, cloves, coriander, cubeb, pepper, rose, hips, fennel
Perfect serve

50ml Bobby's Dry Gin
150ml Fever-Tree Indian Gin
Garnish with a clove pierced orange slice

Recipe

Martini

  • Step 1

    Stir the gin or vodka, dry vermouth and a little ice together or put them in a cocktail shaker to combine.

  • Step 2

    Strain into a chilled martini glass. Serve with an olive on a cocktail stick or a twist of lemon peel.
