Calle 23 Criollo

A limited edition expression from the Calle 23 Tequila range, made with criollos - these are blue agave plants, but even when they're fully grown, they're smaller than your average agave. After noticing a few differences between these criollos and standard blue agave plant, Calle 23 founder Sophie Decobecq decided to create a tequila exclusively using the criollos.
