Copperhead The Gibson Edition

Inspired on the classic cocktail ‘Gibson Martini’ with silver onion for a garnish, world-renowned bartender Marian Beke from the Gibson Bar in London, co-created the 3rd addition to the Copperhead Family. It’s unique savoury flavour palette makes for a new style of gin. Again based on the original Copperhead Gin, 13 carefully selected spices, traditionally used in pickling, are added to the gin. Among these ingredients are mace, pepper, cassia, bay leaf, ginger, allspice, fennel and dill seeds. With just a touch of eight-year-old Genever, the Gibson Edition is finalized.

Juniper, coriander seeds, angelica roots, cardamom, orange peel, allspice, bay leaf, black pepper, celery seeds, cinnamon, cloves, coriander seeds, dill seeds, fennel seeds, ginger, yellow mustard seeds, nutmeg and 8 year old genever.
